To improve the competitiveness of telescopic conveyers, Honeywell allows SOVEX to sell machines directly to the European post, parcel and E commerce market. This change is Effective from 01.04.2022.
This change allows SOVEX to be entirely focused and dedicated on their specialist product line and enhance the portfolio further and faster than possible in the previous setup.
The Solvest Group has been manufacturing telescopic conveyors exclusively for Honeywell, through its subsidiary Hemtech, for over 10 years. This will not change, and neither will the core technology. The license issued to SOVEX includes project management, the installation of the portfolio, and post installation services. It only applies to telescopic conveyors and not the remainder of the shared portfolio.
Both Honeywell as Solvest and its subsidiaries are very exited about this change
