The businesses and knowledge institutes at the Automotive Campus all have the same goal in mind: developing new smart mobility and green mobility technologies and applications, and successfully introducing these to the market. The Automotive Campus not only offers them the facilities they need, but also provides a place to connect with like-minded businesses and people. The added value is proven every day. All the innovations seen on and around the roads these days were developed here. In the majority of cases, these products are the result of several companies and knowledge institutes working together.
Valuable contacts
Collaborations naturally arise on the campus. It is a welcoming environment, and every day valuable connections are being made during the many events and in the campus restaurant. Moreover, our location in the heart of the top technological Brainport region is ideal. There are close connections to the high-tech top in the Netherlands – NXP, Philips, TomTom – and with other sectors such as energy and infrastructure. Whether it's self-driving vehicles, new hyper-light materials, dynamic signs, smart navigation, or big data integration: collaboration has created innovation on many different fronts.
Building effective relationships
The campus is also home for partner RAI Automotive Industry NL. RAI Automotive Industry NL is the cluster organisation of the Dutch automotive industry, mobility sector and automotive education, and has 200 members. This organisation promotes effective cooperation relations between companies in the automotive sector and governments, international sector organisations and companies in our high-tech region. Contact with interesting parties is easily established as a result. Moreover, RAI Automotive Industry NL organises all kinds of seminars, conferences, workshops and network meetings throughout the year. This is where you make contacts that matter.
