In the spirit of innovation and international collaboration, the annual Dujat event took place on Tuesday, July 2, hosted this year by TNO at the Automotive Campus in Helmond. Members of Dujat (Dutch & Japanese Trade Federation) gathered to share insights on technological developments and to further strengthen ties between Dutch and Japanese businesses.
The program offered a diverse mix of presentations and demonstrations focused on applied scientific research and technological innovation. Highlights included:
An introduction to the Holst Centre, where cutting-edge research in sensor technology and wireless systems takes center stage.
An overview of TNO’s activities in Japan, including various collaborative projects with Japanese partners.
Presentations on the so-called Early Research Programmes, through which TNO addresses market needs and societal challenges.
Insight into the role of the Automotive Campus and MARQ (Mobility Applied Research Quarter) as hubs for mobility innovation.
Live demonstrations at, among others, the driving simulator, Carlabs, and DigiLab.
The event provided members with an excellent opportunity to network in an informal setting, exchange ideas, and explore potential new collaborations.
