On June 4, the Automotive Campus will participate in JINC Boss of Tomorrow (Baas van Morgen). This nationwide initiative gives primary school students a unique opportunity to explore the world of work—by becoming “the boss” for a day.
What is JINC Boss of Tomorrow?JINC Boss of Tomorrow is an annual event in which hundreds of companies across the Netherlands open their doors to students aged 10–12. By shadowing a CEO or manager, students experience what it’s like to make decisions, collaborate, and lead an organization.
The goal? To help children—regardless of their background—discover their talents and broaden their perspective on future careers.
Strong participation in BrabantThis year, more than 60 companies in North Brabant are taking part. In Helmond, it marks the third edition of the event, showing the continued growth of this initiative in the region.
