The Knowledge & Network Accelerator, held on November 5th at the Automotive Campus in Helmond, proved to be an exceptional success. More than 60 researchers, engineers, and innovators came together for an afternoon dedicated to exploring the future of mobility and energy—and the results exceeded all expectations.
Throughout the 12 Knowledge Tables, participants engaged in dynamic discussions on key technological and societal themes. These interactive sessions sparked fresh ideas, uncovered new directions for innovation, and revealed numerous opportunities for collaboration across sectors.
In addition to the content-driven sessions, the event served as a powerful platform for networking. Experts from academia, industry, and government connected around shared ambitions for smart, safe, and sustainable mobility and energy solutions.
The session on Quantum Secure Communication, which was candeled because it required a different setup, has been rescheduled for March next year. Notably, the topic gained significant interest during the event, with several attendees expressing enthusiasm for continuing this discussion in early 2026.
The Knowledge & Network Accelerator stands as a strong demonstration of how cross-disciplinary collaboration can accelerate innovation. Overwhelming interest in a next edition: an impressive 59 out of 61 participants indicated they’d like to join again next year, highlighting both the relevance and the impact of the event. So preparations for an even more impactful 2026 event are already taking shape.
