Looking for a quick, energizing way to boost your fitness after work? Every Tuesday, you're invited to join our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions right here on campus – completely free of charge!
Led by certified personal trainer and physiotherapist Leon, these 30-minute workouts are designed to get your heart pumping, muscles burning, and stress melting away – all in a short, effective burst.
Session Times
• 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Who Can Join?
Anyone working on campus – no experience needed, Leon adapts the training to everyone's level!
Ready to move, sweat, and feel great? Just show up in your workout gear – Leon will take care of the rest.
